Spyros Verykios
Spyros Verykios is a multi-talent who hails from Athens, Greece. He is a visual artist, painter, and comic creator. He has studied painting (BFA & MFA) at the Athens School of Fine Arts. His artwork has been exhibited worldwide in exhibitions in Europe and China.

He is an Assistant professor of Audio & Visual Arts at the Ionian University Art of Corfu.

He has participated in over 25 group exhibitions among which six Biennale Shows: 9th Beijing Biennale /China (2022), 2nd Dafen, Shenzhen Biennale /China (2020), 6th Beijing Biennale /China (2015), 2nd Biennale of Tunis /Tunisia (2002), Biennale BIG TORINO/Italy (2000), and Biennale of Young Mediterranean Artists/Spain (1991).

He is also involved in cinema, animation, screenwriting, illustration, and comics. His comics have been published in the USA (Heavy Metal magazine), in Italy (BLUE magazine), Slovenia (Strip Burger magazine), C’est Bon Culture (Sweden), Wormgod (Sweden), UK (Dangerous Ink magazine), and Greece.
